Terms & Conditions
To receive all patterns during a SAL you must be signed up to the newsletter during all days of the event. If you unsubscribe during the event you will cease to receive the patterns and I am unable to re-add you to the list during an active SAL.
To receive early access to all patterns and all alternative patterns you must be a Pattern Club Member during both months. If you cancel your subscription your access will stay valid throughout the month that you joined but will be revoked on the last day of that month.
I will do anything in my power to make sure that you are receiving the patterns when you sign up. However, some mail clients will block the content of the e-mail if it is not marked safe, delay the e-mail if your mailbox is full, or mark as SPAM, PROMOTIONS or JUNK. Please note that I have no control over this, all I can do is add you to the list! You can avoid problems by marking info@stitchxonomy.com as safe or white list it before the SAL starts!
Giveaway conditions
You will have one month after the end date of the last SAL to finish everything up. Then you will have two weeks to enter the giveaway.
To enter the giveaway send in a photo to info@stitchonomy.nl clearly showing all 5 SALs completed or share your image via Instagram using the Hashtag #stitchonomygiveaway. Your projects do not need to be framed!
Individuals under the age of 18 may not enter or submit information to the Year of SAL giveaway.
The prizes will be randomly raffled among the participants at the end of March 2021. Participants are only eligible for one prize.
The winners will be notified via e-mail. We are not responsible for failure to receive or late delivery of the notification.
If for any reason the winner is unable or otherwise not entitled to accept the prize, we do not guarantee that an alternative prize or replacement can be offered. The prize may not be paid out in cash and the right to the prize may not be assigned.
If there is no response to the prize notification within 7 days, the prize will be forfeited. If no response is received within 7 days, a new winner will be drawn immediately.
In order to ensure the delivery of the prizes, winners must provide their name and address details correctly upon notification. If this is not done, the prize cannot be delivered and a new winner will be drawn immediately.
We reserve the right to interrupt the giveaway at any time, terminate it or vary the procedure and rules. Legal recourse is excluded.
